Deliverables:

• Work products and documents related to processing travel orders and vouchers for purchasing staff. - Ad-Hoc
• Work products and documents related to assisting with the preparation of statements of work, justifications, and post solicitations on Fabio’s.

Work Details:

• Develop the RML Purchasing Agents with follow-up calls to vendors to clarify various questions on invoices, ACH information, and discrepancies in shipments and receiving documents 1
• Document purchasing files with receiving documentation 2
• Process incoming and outgoing mail 3
• Assist Purchasing Agents with the preparation of statements of work, justifications, and post solicitations on FedBizOps
• Work with end-users to resolve any problems with orders, including check the status of orders placed, arrange
• returns if necessary, and follow-up to ensure receiving is entered timely and invoices are paid promptly; communicate directly with scientists on all issues
• Document all files on issues regarding an order either by preparing a memorandum to the file or through emails regarding the issue at hand
• File procurement documentation and purchase orders
• Enter all data into both SAI and DCIS reporting systems for each order by regulations
• Perform purchase order closeout; dispose of records by GSA and NIH records disposition schedules; ensure that all files are complete and in order and final payment has been made before closing out

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
